Under general direction the Senior Manager, Product Management is accountable for leading the product management office team in defining and implementing key deliverables of the Strategy Acceleration Program including product management standards, processes and templates/tools necessary for effective communication, strategic planning and management of our products. This includes but is not limited to integrated business planning process, product operating model, product value statements, product adoption strategies, SWOT and competitive analysis among others. This role is responsible for ensuring Product Strategy compliance with these processes and tools that support NASCO's continued maturity of our product management discipline through competitive analysis, product strategy input, defining and tracking product measures and metrics, supporting product strategists in the management of their roadmaps, facilitation of their product councils, supporting the Strategic Advisory Board, and tracking and communicating government actions that may influence NASCO's product strategies. The Senior Manager, Product Management is also responsible for obtaining feedback on the processes and identifying and implementing improvements to our processes which helps to ensure our continued maturity. This position communicates with VP, Corporate and Product Strategy regarding status of assigned projects and initiatives.
