Under general direction the Agile Coach, EDM is primarily responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of Agile within NASCO and with Plans desiring to use Agile. Perform coaching, training and guidance to newly formed Agile project teams (and extended team stakeholders) who may have little to no Agile experience. Additional engagement responsibilities will be to utilize ideas out of project retrospectives to support process improvement initiatives. Communicates to manager on status of projects and initiatives.
