Under general direction the Scheduler is responsible for scheduling various technical support personnel to the appropriate Customer Service Requests (CSR) or Project(s) based on required skills, experience as defined by System Development Managers (SDM), and available time as shown in scheduler planners. The Scheduler is responsible for allocating the right resources quickly and correctly the first time, in order to allocate work effectively for the NDT. Timeliness and accuracy are critical as the Scheduler sets the dates required to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA). Delays may lead to penalty bearing SLA misses as well as impacts to the technical team’s utilization goals and/or non-productive time causing bench. Communicates with project coordinator and management on status of work. Communicates with SDMs, Technical Managers, and other resources as needed in order to accomplish work.
