Under general direction, the main purpose of the Marketing and Sales Coordinator is to support and ensure the smooth operation of NASCO's Growth Office. This includes: performing moderately complex administrative support, aid with marketing materials and conferences, assistance with the development of PowerPoint presentations and assistance with maintenance, providing hands-on support for NASCO’s social media strategy, and research associated with NASCO's CRM system. Other duties include: coordinating demonstrations and meetings, supporting NASCO's social media presence, booking travel and coordination of meetings. Some of the tools used include. Microsoft Office Suite products, primarily PowerPoint, Word and Excel. This is a rigorous position which requires a high degree of multi-tasking. Communicates with the Senior Vice President, CGO and the marketing and growth office regarding status of projects and activities.
