The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and administering the companies compensation programs to ensure they remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. This role provides expert guidance on salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture, supporting a growing IT product company in the healthcare industry. The analyst partners closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions that support talent attraction, retention, and organizational growth. This role also serves as support for payroll and benefits and a backup to the administration of those functions. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
