Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of KM frameworks and best practices
- Strong experience with knowledge management software and content management systems

- Experience with systems development methodologies
- Experience with testing and quality assurance practices
- Advanced project and process management skills
- Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Experience:
- 6 years of related experience in a technology company
- 2 years working with systems development methodologies
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing a Knowledge Management team at an enterprise level
Required Training, Certification and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management (or related field), or equivalent work experience
- Enterprise Knowledge Management certification, such as eCKM
Preferred Training, Certification and Education:
- SharePoint Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Six Sigma or Lean Certification
Working Conditions:
- Location: Remote/Home office
- Travel: Occasional overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air for meetings to the office or other areas
- Must be able to use equipment at workstation, in an indoor environment, for up to 8 hours daily
- May be required to work a flexible work schedule, including weekend and evening availability during outages, security incidents, deployment and maintenance-window-oriented events
