Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience managing the full partnership lifecycle—strategy development, sourcing, deal execution, onboarding, performance optimization
- Proven success in structuring, negotiating, and operationalizing product and channel partnerships that drive measurable business impact
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of working across Product, Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Finance to deliver key business outcomes
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing abilities, including comfort presenting to executive audiences internally and externally
- Strategic thinker and operator, with the ability to balance vision, execution, and operational rigor
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including comfort building and interpreting business cases and ROI models
- Understanding of product development cycles and technology integration processes, with the ability to translate partner needs into actionable plans
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, leading initiatives with limited precedent and high visibility
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development, or a related function, preferably in healthcare, technology, or platform businesses
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
Required Training, Certification and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to sit and use equipment at workstation, in an indoor environment, for up to 8 hours daily
- Remote/Home office
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
