Overview

NASCO is hiring a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Lead, responsible for building and executing high-impact product and go-to-market partnerships that unlock growth. The ideal candidate will own the full partnership lifecycle—from strategy and sourcing through execution and performance—driving cross-functional alignment to operationalize partnerships that expand NASCO’s product footprint and accelerate market adoption. This is a senior individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of NASCO’s partnership strategy to product and channel partners to accelerate growth
  • Structures, negotiates, and operationalizes strategic partnerships that accelerate product innovation, distribution, and market access
  • Develops business cases and financial models to inform partnership decisions and measure ROI
  • Manages a portfolio of high-impact partnerships, ensuring alignment to business goals, resourcing plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Develops and executes scalable partner motions, including joint go-to-market and co-selling
  • Leads cross-functional execution of key partner product with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
  • Serves as the primary relationship lead for key partners, including C-level stakeholders
  • Acts as the internal voice of the partner, advocating for joint success and surfacing strategic opportunities

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience managing the full partnership lifecycle—strategy development, sourcing, deal execution, onboarding, performance optimization
  • Proven success in structuring, negotiating, and operationalizing product and channel partnerships that drive measurable business impact
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of working across Product, Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Finance to deliver key business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing abilities, including comfort presenting to executive audiences internally and externally
  • Strategic thinker and operator, with the ability to balance vision, execution, and operational rigor
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including comfort building and interpreting business cases and ROI models
  • Understanding of product development cycles and technology integration processes, with the ability to translate partner needs into actionable plans
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, leading initiatives with limited precedent and high visibility

 

Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development, or a related function, preferably in healthcare, technology, or platform businesses

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred

 

Required Training, Certification and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred

 

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to sit and use equipment at workstation, in an indoor environment, for up to 8 hours daily
  • Remote/Home office
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
