Overview

NASCO is hiring a strategic, execution-focused Revenue & GTM Operations Lead to design and implement a scalable, high-impact go-to-market operations strategy. This senior individual contributor will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, supporting decision-making with thoughtful analysis and scalable programs. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and implements a comprehensive RevOps strategy encompassing people, process, and technology to support all stages of the revenue lifecycle
  • Serves as the operational lead for forecasting, pipeline, and sales performance reporting
  • Facilitates regular business reviews with stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations and execution plans
  • Drives cross-functional planning cycles, including territory design, quota setting, segmentation, and account coverage models
  • Analyzes GTM performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve productivity and effectiveness
  • Partners with cross-functional leadership team (sales, marketing, partnerships, product, and customer success) to define and enforce sales motion and best practices across the funnel
  • Develops sales enablement programs aligned to our evolving product and go-to-market strategy, including management of the enablement content hub and cadence
  • Builds and maintains sales playbooks and templates to support consistency and efficiency across GTM teams and motions
  • Owns the optimization of key revenue tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, Response Management, etc.)

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable enablement programs and sales operations infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, forecast and pipeline management, and go-to-market strategy
  • Demonstrated success in improving sales productivity and process efficiency across functions
  • Hands-on experience with sales and BI applications, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, and Business Objects
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver insights to drive action
  • Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience creating executive-level deliverables
  • Highly collaborative mindset; able to influence without authority and work cross-functionally
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities

 

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and/or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment

 

Preferred Training, Certification and Education:

  • Comfort serving as HubSpot System Admin e.g., CRM set up, data clean up & deduplication, workflow design and implementation, basic integrations

 

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to sit and use equipment at workstation, in an indoor environment, for up to 8 hours daily
  • Remote/Home office
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
