The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the division, working closely under the guidance of a Senior Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic business environment.
Operating with general supervision and following established procedures, the Administrative Assistant ensures smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include the various activities needed to effectively run busy sales, marketing, and operations offices. This role needs to be technologically savvy and able to work in calendars, presentations, and expense reports as needed. Discretion and the ability to operate professionally at all times are essential for this role.
This role requires residence near the Atlanta area, with the expectation of occasional in-office presence.
