Overview

The GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in driving cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across product, marketing, sales, and customer success. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of SaaS Go-to-Market (GTM) motions.

 

An adept collaborator, this role involves stakeholder, team members, and voice of the customer in assuring GTM activities are comprehensive and successful. This role manages process flows, develops sales plays and placecards, and leads enablement efforts for the sales team. Prior experience in consulting or similar roles at high-growth tech companies is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Enablement Strategy & Execution
    • Develops and executes a revenue enablement roadmap that aligns with GTM strategy and business goals
    • Partners with Revenue & GTM Operations Lead to identify enablement priorities and define success metrics tied to growth outcomes
  • Training, Content & Field Readiness
    • Designs, delivers, and maintains onboarding, ongoing training, and skill development programs that accelerate ramp time, and strengthen prospecting effectiveness, sales acumen, and value proposition consistency
    • Develops and maintains high-impact enablement materials - sales playbooks, talk tracks, client case studies, and others - that reflect NASCO’s value proposition and support every stage of the sales and cross sell process
    • Implements learning programs using modern enablement platforms, with strong governance, version control, and content accessibility (e.g., HubSpot)
    • Collaborates with Revenue Operations to deliver training on new processes, CRM functionality, and reporting
  • Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
    • Defines enablement metrics, including ramp time,  sales velocity content utilization; partners with Revenue Operations to measure enablement impact
    • Gathers feedback from commercial leaders and field teams to iterate programs and improve outcomes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management
    • Supports change management and communication for new processes, methodologies, and tools
    • Represents the enablement function as part of the broader Revenue Strategy & Operations team
    • Regularly reports outcomes and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
  • Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions and business models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Skilled at translating complex ideas into clear, actionable learning experiences
  • Tech Savvy orientation with proficiency in CRM and enablement tools like Hubspot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Excel Proficient
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience linking enablement initiatives to measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, sales enablement methodologies, and learning best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver enablement strategies that drive seller performance
  • Self-directed, organized, and passionate about driving growth through capability building

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), sales enablement platforms, and GTM framework
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, or management consulting
  • 5 year experience in a high-growth SaaS company or consulting firm
  • 5 years experience in sales enablement, or commercial training within a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 year experience with SQL or data modeling tools is a plus

Required Training, Certification and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Training, Certification and Education:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Remote/Home Office
  • Well-lighted, heated and/or air conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation
  • Must be able to use equipment at workstation for up to 8 hours daily
  • Flexibility to travel approximately 10% of the time
