The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of U.S. multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role serves as the primary payroll administrator and provides support for benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans. The analyst will leverage advanced HRIS and payroll systems to maintain data integrity, support audits, and optimize workflows. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
