Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Deep domain understanding and experience in healthcare SaaS, payer technology, health plan, healthcare administration, or regulated business-to-business environments
- Familiarity with SaaS business metrics, including recurring revenue, retention, churn, expansion, product adoption, customer lifetime value, pipeline influence, and revenue attribution
- Skilled in using marketing automation, customer relationship management, analytics, product usage, competitive intelligence, or voice-of-customer platforms to inform go-to-market decisions
- Experience with pricing, packaging, product portfolio strategy, market segmentation, product-led growth, digital adoption, or customer expansion models
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to support market research, content optimization, competitive analysis, personalization, launch readiness, and marketing workflow efficiency
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while influencing cross-functional project teams without relying solely on formal authority
Experience:
- 8 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, product strategy, B2B marketing, solutions marketing, sales enablement, or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience marketing complex technology, software, data, consulting, or professional services offerings
- 5 years of experience developing product positioning, messaging, value propositions, launch plans, sales enablement content, or executive-ready product narratives
- 5 years of experience applying market, customer, buyer, competitive, product adoption, or voice-of-customer research to inform product marketing or go-to-market decisions
- 5 years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Compliance, Clinical, or executive stakeholders
- 3 years of experience leading strategic product launches, portfolio-level go-to-market initiatives, product marketing workstreams, or cross-functional programs
- 2 years of experience managing, coaching, or providing formal people leadership to direct reports or product marketing contributors
- 2 years of experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, resource planning, campaign spend, launch spend, or related marketing investments
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in healthcare SaaS, payer technology, health plan, healthcare administration, or other regulated business-to-business environments
- Experience supporting product-led growth, digital adoption, customer retention, expansion, portfolio growth, or revenue growth initiatives
- Experience developing win/loss insights, competitive intelligence programs, sales enablement playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling materials, or customer proof strategies
- Experience building or leading a small product marketing team, including hiring support, onboarding, coaching, workload planning, performance feedback, and capability development
Required Training, Certification and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Preferred Training, Certification and Education:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certification in product marketing, healthcare, SaaS, digital marketing, analytics, or AI-enabled marketing tools
Working Conditions:
- Remote Home Office
- Ability to work at workstation for 8 hours
- Travel occasionally (~2X) a year to Atlanta for team meetings
